Purchase Policy
Our goal is to provide quality service and products that you and your family are comfortable using. However, we know that despite our best efforts and intentions, things may happen that will be out of our control. To help account for this, we have a very simple refund policy. We will refund all grocery money provided we have not done any shopping for you. Since we do not shop for you until the day of your arrival, you will have ample time to send notification of any cancellation. If however, we have already incurred expenses and you still wish to cancel an order, we will subtract expenses from the total grocery bill and refund the difference. Service fees are non-refundable.
